|Rescue Me ID: 14-06-02-00578Anna (female)|
Beautiful, sweet girl who loves and loves to be loved! We have a large German Shepherd very active and physical puppy who is endangering Anna and she just can't live with the activity of the household. She was bred as a show dog and has the looks and temperament to prove it! She would be an ideal dog to a home with very few to no other pets as she loves to be the apple of your eye! Update: We thought we had found someone to help rehab and adopt Anna , but it looks as if this may fall through. There is no adoption fee! Anna is a beautiful miniature poodle. We are her second home as another poodle in her first home kept attacking her. She currently has a health issue involving her back, due to an injury by our GSD. Her rehab may take about 2 more weeks, and, if the next home is not able to, I will find a way to rehab her in the interim. However, her injury is totally treatable simply with limited activity and keeping her in a calm, more restricted environment. She is able to walk and do everything normally, it is just that the vet does not want her to be overly physical. Unfortunately, in our household, on a long-term basis, this is impossible and not safe for her. Anna is 11 years old and otherwise in great health. All records are available and she is current on everything. I do give her 1/2 of a pill at bedtime for occasional 'leakage' but it is minimal at most, very easy and totally controllable. Please email if you would consider adopting her and I will update this site as soon as I know about the other individual's situation! (Less)

Poodle Dogs can make good pets in Georgia if they match your IifestyIe. Poodles come in several different varieties which are classified based on size. Generally, smaller Poodle varieties tend to be more hyperactive while larger Poodles are more mellow. Poodles love people and are good with children and other dogs. Poodles are easy to train.
