Rescue Me ID: 16-06-13-00722Cleo (female)

Poodle Mix    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Not Good with Other Dogs

This is Cleo, a Maltipoo. Cleo turned one year old in late Nov. or early Dec. 2015. Cleo is a sweet little girl who is spunky and very playful. She tends to be afraid of men at first but warms up to them after a short time. She will bark or growl when she is in a new place for a short time. Cleo is not a huge snuggler. She will sit near someone in a chair but eventually lays on the floor by their feet. She has not been tested around young children or cats. She does ok with other dogs but probably would do best as an "only child". She still has some potty issues as she doesn't tell you when she has to go outside. Cleo needs to be ... (Read More)watched and will go to the door if you ask her if she has to potty. She will potty sooner on a leash than lose in a yard. Cleo is crate trained. It is recommended that she be crated at night or when left home alone due to her potty issue. Cleo has shown no signs of any aggression. She eats well but has a tendency to inhale her food which could cause some digestive problems down the road.
