Approx. DOB: 5/13/12, Approx. Weight: 8 lbs. Adoption Fee: $200 includes a 2 week trial to ensure everyone's happiness! IAN WILL BE AVAILABLE 05/23/15 APPLY EARLY Ian was a stray at a local shelter. We believe he is a Havanese Poodle mix. Ian was extremely matted when he came to Furry Kids and had to be shaved. Ian is a sweet little guy, he has a very charming personality and he is a lap dog! He wants to be with his people or with another dog, he seeks companionship and love. He prefers calmer dogs, also likes large dogs Ian does not like being crated, he will fuss whine and bite on the crate. However, he will go in a crate and cozy ... (Read More)up in the bed that's in it - only if the door is left open. Ian will need an owner that does not crate/kennel. Ian was in a foster home with cats and he was a little too interested in the cats so we would definitely recommend a cat free home for Ian. Ian has been neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested negative and microchipped. If you are interested in adopting Ian, please complete the adoption application located at www.furrykidsrefuge.org/adoptadog and a dedicated volunteer will get back to you as soon as possible.     14 year old toy poodle. My elderly parents can no longer care for him. There are a few other health issues that weren't on the list. I'm taking care of him for now since my parents went into rehab at a nursing home. I need to find him a new home before the end of the month or he'll have to be put down. He has a few years left in him. Hoping to find someone with a big heart and a warm soft lap.

lnteresting Poodle Trivia Low-Cost Missouri Spay & Neuter Clinics
Poodles appear in art from ancient Rome. Poodles do not shed and are popular for breeding with other dogs to produce a relatively non-allergenic hybrid. Poodles have been used as circus performers. The name Poodle comes from a German word describing someone who likes the water. Poodles are widely considered to be French, but there is debate over whether they may have originated in Germany or Denmark.
