Rescue Me ID: 16-09-15-00293Gretchin (female)
Gretchin was a rescue dog and we have had her for about 11 years. She is very sweet, but old, partially blind, and a little deaf. I can no longer care for her as she needs more around the clock attention. She is very sweet.

Rescue Me ID: 16-09-02-00014Rio (male)
His name is Rio! He is about 20 pounds, 3-4 years young & an all around happy guy. Rio was rescued from a hording situation but has been in a loving foster home to help acclimate him to society. He adores playing with small dogs & is fine with cats. He can do a high 5 AND a high 10! He loves squeeky toys & most dog toys, really. His potty-training is touch & go as most dogs from hording cases need some time for this. He wears & belly band when not supervised & does well with it. With a proper introduction to a calm child, he will do okay but fast movements scare him. So a home with lots of activity would not suite him. Must love kisses! This guy is all about them. He loves to sleep in a bed with his human. He can be fearful of new situations so a patient human is what he needs. He can move past this with patience. He is crate trained & currently fed in a crate. he loves a raw diet but transferring to a high quality kibble would be fine. He likes cow hooves, cow knuckles & chicken feet as treats. He frequents the dog park. Rio does well with a groomer that will understand dealing with a dog that requires a slow approach. We can recommend a few. He acts (tries) dominate with bigger dogs but if they ignore him, they leave him be. He can be vocal with loud noises but currently his foster is using a water bottle to redirect that behavior. He is all white & a Poodle / Chihuahua Blend. Interested? Please visit http://bit.ly/1m78fU5 to complete our quick online adoption application from your computer or desktop (not a phone). A representative will email you within 24-hours. Please do not come in until you are pre-approved. Rio's adoption fee is $225 & includes: Neuter, vaccines, microchip, deworming, a heartworm test, a wellness exam, a fecal test, & an offer of pet healthcare insurance for 30-days from adoption date. Thank you! (Less)

Rescue Me ID: 16-08-22-00304Rosie (female)
The cost of adoption will cover her to be groomed 35 and a vet visit to get current on vaccinations about 75. I will make the appointment for the vet and the money for the vet can be paid directly to them. Rosie is a sweet dog, who needs more attention and time than my family has. She is almost 8 years old, born 11/14/2008. She has no health issues. When watched closely and on a schedule she is potty trained. We have lots of clothes, she wears in the winter which will go with her to her knew forever home. Her mother was a peekapoo and father a bichon fries. Her weight is maybe 20 pounds; a small dog, but bigger than a toy. If interested I can provide more photos. We have considered family, so we want her to go to a very good home. This was not a decision made lightly. After thoughtful prayer I have decided it would be best to find her a new home with someone who has the time to allow her to be the lap dog she is designed to be. Rosie is hyper when she does not receive enough attention and will jump out of excitement to see you. Yet when you spend time with her she will lay in your arms like a baby in complete contentment. With my work I am gone much of the time, and my children are teens and gone much of the time. She came to our home at 5 weeks old, where her family has included another dog, cats, and children. She does get nervous around toddlers who pull at her. (Less)

Female Standard poodle. All shots up to date. Needs to be fixed. House broke, very playful loves squeaky toys. Doesn't get along with my male poodle. Recommend she be the only dog as,she demands all the attention. Great on walks & car rides. Crated at night cause that's what she is use to. Rehoming for $600 price firm, have a lot invested in her. Want a loving home prefer with a fenced in yard.

[Read About Natural Incontinence Care] My neighbor found her in a house he bought to flip. I took her in. She is not chipped and no one has responded to ads I placed trying to find her owner. She is super sweet and lovable. She leaks urine but I put her in diapers sometimes. She is good with baths but does not like to be brushed, or have her haircut or nails trimmed. She gets along great with my dogs and my cat.
