Rescue Me ID: 14-12-15-00247Marley (male)

Poodle Mix    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Good w/ Most Cats, Good w/ Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: Very High Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Needs to be Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Marley is a total sweetheart, but high energy. He needs someone who has the time and patience to work with him and teach him doggy manners. He is extremely smart and knows basic commands such as sit, down, shake, but he jumps and therefore would not be a good match with a home with small kids.

Rescue Me ID: 14-11-22-00143Chico (male)

Poodle Mix    Age: Puppy

Chico's Info... I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs. Chico's Story... Chico is a 1 year old little wired haired pup. He is super super sweet! He just wanted to snuggle up to the volunteer and rolled around like a silly dog all through his photo shoot. He made it difficult to capture just how cute he is. Chico has not had an easy life - he was kept outdoors when he was left alone and he is missing a lot of hair. You would never know it though based on his personality. We aren't sure if he's fully potty trained but he does do his business when we take him outside. Chico deserves a home where he can ... (Read More)be spoiled and loved the rest of his days! He's reportedly friendly with other dogs and kids - we can cat test him upon request. (Less)

lnteresting Poodle Trivia Low-Cost Pennsylvania Spay & Neuter Clinics
Poodles appear in art from ancient Rome. Poodles do not shed and are popular for breeding with other dogs to produce a relatively non-allergenic hybrid. The name Poodle comes from a German word describing someone who likes the water. Poodles are widely considered to be French, but there is debate over whether they may have originated in Germany or Denmark.
