Rescue Me ID: 15-01-22-00831Whitey (male)

Poodle Mix    Age: Adult

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Good w/ Most Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Needs to be Neutered

Whitey is a small Pekapoo about 5-6 years old. He's a sweet guy that gets along with other dogs and doesn't bother cats. He would do the best with one other dog at most...he's a little stressed right now because he is with 3 other small dogs all of the time. Gets along great with adults, and I assume he would be fine with kids. He likes to go for walks and just sit by you. Likes attention but isn't needy. If you are interested in adopting Whitey, email me and I can send you my phone number. Thanks

Rescue Me ID: 15-01-05-00037Chachi (male)

Poodle Mix    Age: Young Adult

Please email directly with any inquiries on our dogs... This handsome guy is Chachi...the shelter labeled him a poodle mix but we aren't sure what he is. He is skinny at 18 pounds and can use some chubbing up! He has soft, fluffy hair that will require regular grooming. While we were trying to get some photos he layed in the chair and tried to snuggle in my hands and arms, he is craving some love and affection. Right now he tends to be a male dominate dog but with some socialization and affection he could really become a well rounded dog. A home with a submissive male or female would be best. Chachi has been ... (Read More)neutered, up to date on shots, tested heartworm negative and microchipped. His adoption fee is $250 (Less)

Rescue Me ID: 15-01-01-00398Carter (male)

Poodle Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Adults (Not Kids)
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Meet Carter... an adorable, soft and fluffy long and low boy! Carson is about 3yrs old and weighs about 12lbs. He's a bit reserved when he meets new people but with a few treats and just a few minutes, he'll quickly become your best friend. He enjoys running around the yard or going on long walks and he's learning to trust people so he's even starting to want more lap time. He's still a bit nervous of too much handling so no children for this cutie. He must have another balanced dog in the home from which he can learn to trust even more. He also must have a moderately calm environment.

Rescue Me ID: 14-12-30-00426Gus (male)

Poodle Mix    Age: Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Somewhat Dominant
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Gus has issues with adult men. Very protective of his family and won't leave your side. Our issue.. He has bit 3 men who came onto our property (friends) that he didn't know. Once introduced, he is fine with them. He is fully invisible fence trained and respects all fencing. We don't have the means to fence in one side of our property and he got out and bit our neighbor. He will also stand up to discipline from men but bows down to women. Loves kids and will do anything to protect his family. I'm at a lost on what to do with him because if he gets out again, I'm in trouble :( I don't know how to teach him to react differently.

Poodle Mix    Age: Adult

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Not Good w/ Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

My name is Clarence. I am a beautiful 5-year old white miniature Poodle, and weigh 8 pounds. I am social, sweet, and looking for my forever family to love me unconditionally. I like other dogs, and really enjoy spending time with my doggy foster brothers and sister. I hope to find a family that four-legged doggy friend that I can become buddies with. I am crate trained and almost potty-trained. My biggest joy in life is being cuddling with 'my person'. Before applying please do the research on how to prepare for a dog. We recommend that you have everything in place prior to bringing home a dog. i.e. crate, pee pads, food, puppy ... (Read More)sitter etc. Leaving a dog home for 8 hours per day will not work without someone to help care for the dog. Rescue dogs should not be left alone for more than 4 hours at a time. 6dogrees Rescue is a small, grass-roots, non-profit rescue focusing on saving dogs for euthanasia from high-kill shelters in California. California euthanizes 800 dogs per day! This is due to over breeding, puppy mills and lack of funds to help the problem. We feel all dogs deserve a chance at life no matter where they live so we do our best to help them. 6dogrees Rescue goal is to place the dogs into forever happy, loving, homes in Washington State. 6dogrees Rescue is a small passionate 501c3 (non-profit charitable organization). Adoption fees are not negotiable, and are in place to fully vet our dogs and to 'Save-it-forward'; meaning when a dog is adopted we save another. 100% of all fees are spent in the dogs. Home check and references required. Please submit an adoption application at if interested. The adoption fee is $595. The fee covers spay/neuter, DA2PP shots, Rabies, Bordatella, deworming, flea treatment, Heart-worm testing, microchip, boarding, grooming, health certificates, and transport cost from California to Seattle. This adoption fee will also go towards helping many of our rescued dogs who are in desperate need of surgeries, dental and teeth extractions, hernias, cherry eye removals, medications and boarding fees. Fees are non-negotiable. APPLICATION must be filled out to get a response from us @ We will review all applications and contact the best match for a meet and greet. (Less)

lnteresting Poodle Trivia Low-Cost Washington Spay & Neuter Clinics
